The training with the Pelvic floor training device PelvicTool Home & Sport is very simple: you sit in an upright, quiet position on the comfortable seat cushion with the soft sensor tube and learn with the biofeedback programme of the PelvicTool app to tighten and relax your pelvic floor muscles in a targeted way.
When training by means of biofeedback, hardly or only faintly perceptible body processes – in our case the tensing of the pelvic floor muscles – are measured by means of sensors and translated into visible signals. For pelvic floor training, the biofeedback technique has proven to be ideal, since the pelvic floor muscles are hidden inside the body and many people find it difficult at first to feel the right muscle and to move and control it at will.
Why do I need the PelvicTool app?
The app makes pelvic floor training with the PelvicTool visible. While the PelvicTool’s sensors measure the contractions of your pelvic floor muscles, the PelvicTool app visualises the exercises in real time.
This way you can see on your smartphone or tablet whether you are tensing and relaxing the right muscles and can easily monitor your training performance and progress. Even the smallest muscle movements stimulate the neuromuscular processes in the pelvic floor area, which with regular repetition leads to steadily stronger movements and better control. This is exactly how muscle training works!

The new PelvicTool Home & Sport-App offers you a variety of training options. You have the choice between a free workout or guided workouts with varied games, with which you can specifically train the tensing and relaxing of your pelvic floor.
Please note that the new app is under development. It will be continuously supplemented and expanded with additional functions. The design is also being further optimised. Please make sure that you always keep the app up to date on your smartphone or tablet.

With «free training» you can train without instructions. Use this programme, to get to know how the PelvicTool worksand to develop a feeling for your pelvic floor muscles.
Combination training
You follow the training curve and learn to tighten the pelvic floor muscles as the curve rises and to relax the muscles as the curve descends.
Workouts (Selection)
You choose from a variety of training programmes for targeted practice in strengthening your pelvic floor muscles and controlling them better.Â
Training with the PelvicTool Home & Sport
Pelvic floor training with the PelvicTool Home & Sport is easy and fun! It is important to position the device correctly and to perform the exercises in a straight, steady posture. On the PelvicTool Home & Sport you can train with light clothing. We recommend that you wear a pair of thin, comfortable workout pants.
