The Pelvic Floor Training App for Your Alonea PelvicTool

Track you training progress with the PelvicTool app

Why do I need the PelvicTool app?

The pelvic floor trainer PelvicTool is a biofeedback training device. The app makes pelvic floor training with the Alonea PelvicTool – consisting of a seat cushion and a soft sensor tube – visible. While the sensors of the PelvicTool measure the contractions of your pelvic floor muscles, the PelvicTool app visualizes the exercises in real time.

This allows you to see on your smartphone or tablet whether you are contracting and relaxing the correct muscles and to easily monitor your training performance and progress. Even the smallest muscle movements stimulate the neuromuscular processes in the pelvic floor area, which, with regular repetition, lead to increasingly stronger movements and better control. That’s exactly how muscle training works!

Easy to use, effective in supporting your training

Just 5 minutes of pelvic floor training per day can help support bladder control!

Training with the pelvic floor trainer Alonea PelvicTool Home & Sport is very simple: you sit in an upright, relaxed position on the comfortable seat cushion with the soft sensor tube and learn, with the help of the PelvicTool app’s biofeedback program, to consciously contract, hold, and relax your pelvic floor muscles.

During biofeedback training, bodily processes that are barely or only weakly perceptible – in our case, the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles – are measured using sensors and translated into visible signals. Biofeedback has proven to be particularly suitable for pelvic floor training, as the pelvic floor muscles are located inside the body and many people initially find it difficult to feel, consciously activate, and control the correct muscles.

Motivating Training Programs

The PelvicTool Home & Sport app offers you a wide range of training options. You can choose between free training, combined training sessions, or guided workouts with varied games that allow you to specifically train the contraction and relaxation of your pelvic floor.
