Shipping costs and taxes

AGB (General Terms and Conditions)

The alonea.ch webshop is operated by Alonea AG, which is based in Seuzach. The general terms and conditions (GTC) of Alonea AG apply. All deliveries and services of Alonea AG are made exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Regulations deviating from these GTC shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing between Alonea AG and the customer.

Prices

All product prices are in CHF, excl. VAT 8.1 %, ex works, excl. shipping costs. The final price to be paid is displayed to the customer in the shopping cart of the web shop before the purchase is completed. Goods imported into countries outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the final price shown and which must be borne by the customer. These vary in different customs territories. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not shipping costs.

Any price changes and errors are reserved.

Shipping

The order will be shipped to the specified delivery address by DHL.

Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein: flat-rate shipping fee CHF 15.00, shipped by Swiss Post.

Other countries: flat rate for shipping CHF 56.00, shipped by FedEx.
