Alonea PelvicTool Home & Sport

Pelvic floor training device with app to strengthen and improve control of the pelvic floor muscles

The PelvicTool Home & Sport is an app-supported device for pelvic floor training, designed to improve awareness and coordination, and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Training with the PelvicTool is straightforward and motivating: you sit on the comfortable seat cushion with the soft sensor tube and use the app to learn how to tighten and relax your pelvic floor muscles in a targeted manner.

There is no need to insert a probe – training is completely non-invasive and can be done while fully clothed. The biofeedback method enables the sensors to record your muscle movements and display them in real time on your mobile phone or tablet. This allows you to monitor your progress at all times. The PelvicTool Home & Sport app, which offers a variety of training programmes, can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store or Google Play. All you need for training is a seat or stool and your smartphone or tablet (not included).

Prevent incontinence

Small effort, big impact: Just five minutes of training three times a week can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and help you to prevent incontinence problems. The key is to train regularly.

Pelvic floor training is recommended both for preventing and treating functional disorders. These include problems such as urinary and faecal incontinence, erectile dysfunction and pelvic instability. Well-trained pelvic floor muscles can enhance athletic performance and contribute to a more fulfilling intimate experience. Strengthening the pelvic floor can also help with back pain.

Product features:

  • Seated training – simple and easy to integrate into daily life
  • Intimate-free training without insertion
  • Suitable for women and men
  • Can be used to support therapy and home training

User Experiences

„Although I lost the feeling in my pelvic floor muscles after an open radical prostatectomy (RPE), I learned to control my pelvic floor muscles and reduce my incontinence symptoms with the help of the PelvicTool. Seeing the progress on the app motivated me to continue.“

U. Rosendahl Huber

“I first discovered the PelvicTool during my rehabilitation and had a great experience with it. That’s why I continue using it at home today.“

Susanne S.

«We are SO grateful for this new tool – the Alonea PelvicTool! As a pelvic floor therapist, I have been looking for something non-invasive to objectively assess pelvic floor strength and activation. The PelvicTool provides patients with immediate feedback, enabling them to better understand how to activate their pelvic floor muscles while minimizing overflow activation. It is also fun! It is a tool we use for core and pelvic floor stability with such a wide variety of patients – Mens Health, Womens Health, Parkinsons, and even pediatric patients struggling with Bed Wetting. I highly recommend this for any clinic ready to up their game.»

Why pelvic floor therapy for children?

The pelvic floor is an important muscle group in the body that is often underestimated – especially in children. However, well-functioning pelvic floor muscles are an essential key to the health of boys and girls, not only for urinary incontinence and nocturnal enuresis, but also as they reach puberty and adulthood. Biofeedback pelvic floor training can improve quality of life in the long term.

«The Pelvic Tool has become a valuable addition to our pediatric therapy practice. With younger children—around three to seven years old—we use the free training mode to get clear visual feedback on their pelvic floor engagement. From about age seven, children can use it independently. The gamified design keeps them motivated and helps them quickly understand and connect with their body.»
