I am a therapist. Does the PelvicTool app allow me to create multiple patient profiles, each with its own training history and separately stored data?

At present, it is unfortunately not possible to create multiple user profiles on one device in the PelvicTool app.

We therefore recommend that your patients download the PelvicTool app onto their own smartphone and bring their phone to therapy sessions. This way, you can set up and save the individual training settings together directly on the respective device. The training progress can then be accessed at any time by the patient on their own smartphone. All data remains fully stored on the patient’s smartphone – an advantage especially for those concerned about data protection.

If you would like to use the practice’s PelvicTool with multiple patients, you will find further information here: What should I be aware of as a therapist when the practice’s PelvicTool is used by multiple patients? For documenting progress in the practice’s patient records, your patients can provide you with screenshots – for example via the screenshot function in the “Free” training mode or by simply taking a screenshot in the “Progress” section. These details can then be transferred manually into the patient record.

We are aware that a multi-user function with database connectivity would be very helpful for many practices, clinics, and research institutions, and we are already working on suitable solutions.
