Are there cases in which training with the PelvicTool first requires medical clarification?

Consulting a healthcare professional before using the PelvicTool Home & Sport is generally recommended. The use of the PelvicTool and the PelvicTool app does not in any way replace a medical consultation. We recommend that you consult your GP or a specialist in the following cases:

  • If you are unsure whether your health or medical condition is sufficient for training with the PelvicTool Home & Sport, for example if you suffer from heart weakness, have a pacemaker, have undergone spinal surgery, or have a very complex dysfunction in the pelvic region.
  • If you have not yet reached adulthood.
  • If you are, or should be, under the care of a GP, specialist, or consultant due to a dysfunction of the pelvic region or related symptoms, e.g. lower back pain, pelvic instability, or hypertonia.
  • If you experience pain or discomfort as a result of training with the PelvicTool.

Guide

Pelvic floor training can not only help prevent bladder weakness. Stronger pelvic floor muscles can also help with back pain and enhance a more pleasurable sex life.
