The CSS health insurance company is including additional outpatient services in its supplementary insurance. From January 2022, new offers in the areas of health promotion, prevention and treatment will be available to insured persons. We are pleased that the «PelvicTool» from Alonea AG will be supported by CSS for training the pelvic floor with a contribution to costs.

Instructions Application for cost sharing for CSS health insurance policyholders with supplementary insurance

  • First of all, check with CSS whether you have supplementary insurance that allows you to receive a contribution towards the cost of purchasing a PelvicTool pelvic floor exerciser and test the PelvicTool at the trade fair:
  • Order the PelvicTool in our webshop: pelvic floor training device PelvicTool Home & Sport. As a CSS insured person, you benefit from CSS-enjoy365-Shop from a *discount of 20 % on the retail price of the PelvicTool Home & Sport from 1.1.2024 to 31.12.2024. Enter the voucher code «CSS_PELVICTOOL_20%» in the Alonea webshop on the on the «Check shopping cart» page in the «CODE» field and then click on the turquoise button «APPLY DISCOUNT CODE». You will now see in the shopping Cart total that the 20% discount has been deducted from the sales price. Then proceed with the button «PROCEED TO CHECKOUT». Fill in your details for the delivery address. In the «Remarks» field, please note your CSS customer number. Then check your order, select the payment method and click on «ORDER PAYMENT».

  • The PelvicTool will be delivered to your home.
  • The invoice from Alonea AG is enclosed with the parcel. You no longer need to pay this invoice, as you already paid for the product when you ordered it in the online shop. Submit this invoice to CSS Insurance for cost sharing.
