I am a therapist. Is there a way to create multiple patient profiles in the PelvicTool app, each with their own training history and separately stored data?Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to create multiple user profiles on one device in the PelvicTool app.We therefore recommend that your patients download the PelvicTool app onto their own smartphone and bring it with them to therapy. This allows you to work together on individual training settings during the session and save them directly to the device. The patient can then view their training progress on their own smartphone at any time. All data remains on the patient's smartphone, which is particularly beneficial for people who are concerned about privacy.If you would like to use your practice's PelvicTool with more than one patient, you can find more information here:What do I need to be aware of as a therapist if the PelvicTool is used by more than one patient in my practice?Your patients can send you screenshots to document their progress in the practice's patient file - for example by using the screenshot function in the 'Free' training mode or by simply taking screenshots in the 'Progress' section. This information can then be manually transferred to the file.We are aware that many practices, clinics and research institutions would benefit from a multi-user feature with database connectivity, and we are already working on solutions.
</oembed>
